I brought my 2020 Lariat F150 in for an oil change. The tech forgot to put the oil fill cap back in place. After work I changed the air filter and noticed oil on the battery, hood and top of motor. Brought it back in the next day and the service managers apologized, cleaned under the hood and will give me a free oil change.

Brought my vehicle in for usual maintenance but day before notice what appeared to be something coming off car. Informed them but I just had wheel well guard came detached at one point. Fastener was secured and all is good. They found nothing requiring urgent attention so all I had done was an inspection with oil change and tire rotation. Place is clean with lots of comfortable seating spaced six feet apart or more and huge tele to watch.

I had to return to have a tire repaired, because when I purchased the vehicle, I was NOT informed that there was a KEY to locked tires. One was NOT ordered at the time of purchase, seems to have slipped thru the cracks of everything. Now I have returned a second time to have the same tire refilled and it required a PATCH. I broke down in New Orleans and had my F-150 towed to the service department at 4 am. I had a sudden catastrophic transmission failure on my 2016 Escape.. Ben worked with the after Market Warranty company to get the repair approved. After a few days He also provided a rental car for me without an upfront charge untiL they could satisfy the companies requirements for coverage. I am a travel nurse in an unfamiliar city. This was HUGE. Once it was approved the work was completed in a timely manner and I paid only the deductible stipulated in my warranty contract. Only had the vehicle back a few days, but no problems.
